HTC PRIME and IGNITE the WINDOWS PHONE 7 SMARTPHONE

Next to the Pyramid smartphone HTC HTC also prepares to release a new Windows phone 7-powered device, with the name HTC Prime and HTC ignited. Prime made the side slider form factor with a slide out QWERTY keyboard.

HTC Prime smartphone package a 3.7-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels (WVGA), a 5-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Other specifications of HTC Prime is 512 MB of RAM but unknown processor type, and internal storage.

Details about HTC Prime is almost identical with HTC ignite, which looks similar to the HTC Mozart. HTC ignite is the lack of hardware keyboard, but comes with an 800 MHz Qualcomm CPU.

Nokia has the green light to customize Windows phone 7 that they want to

Nokia executive and Board Member Niklas Savander said in an interview which according to Microsoft Nokia Finns are free to customize the mobile OS that they deem appropriate.

No other maker was allowed so far to interfere with the look and feel of Windows phone 7.

But under the new agreement with Nokia, Microsoft has unloaded the grip a bit.

Elop says Nokia will put downward pressure on prices, fast Windows phones

Nokia's CEO Stephen Elop is over headlines these couple of weeks. First announce alliance with Microsoft and Windows phone 7, now says that the WP7 phones get a price slashes big time.
