Nokia Ovi Music Unlimited kills, "says DRM is the reason

Nokia has just announced that it is pulling the plug on its Ovi Music Unlimited service on most markets where it was available. China, India and Indonesia together with Brazil, Turkey and South Africa are the only exceptions, if they are likely to follow suit sooner or later.
Ovi Music Unlimited service was apparently never live up to the expectations that Nokia had for it, And, despite the fact that the music giants like Universal Music, EMI, Warner Music Group and Sony all part of the project.
Nokia offers music downloads DRM-restricted character and lack of carrier support, as the main reasons for this failure. Nokia spokesperson was quoted by Reuters says that ' the market clearly want a DRM-free music service. "
Still, if you have a current subscription to Ovi Music Unlimited, calm-you will be able to use the service for the whole period of your subscription.
