We hope that this is an early April Fool's joke-the Sony Ericsson XPERIA play will obviously launches in Spain on April 1, hefty 649 euro SIM free price. It comes preloaded with 6 games but price still seems pretty steep.

Vodafone Spain will offer the white Sony Ericsson XPERIA play in the first 15 days but other players will find it afterwards. The black which will be available from the beginning (April 1). On this point is not how much they cost on a contract.

O2 UK will offer white Sony Ericsson XPERIA plays exclusively

Sony Ericsson XPERIA play will be available on all UK air carrier launches in April. However, O2 UK proudly tweeted that they'll be the only ones carrying a white version of the XPERIA play on the UK market.

O2 includes two product photos of the white Sony Ericsson XPERIA play sit comfortably in their dock (white dock, of course). IT's DK300 doll that we saw at MWC in black and white. Pricing, however, is still unknown at.

Pinch Zooming now available for the XPERIA X 10, 8 X is bugfixed

Sony Ericsson just announced the next wave of rolling updates for XPERIA X 10 (mini included) and XPERIA X 8. XPERIA X 10 update is now rolling progressive, but X 8 update will be a week or so. You can get your X 10 update, either through the Sony Ericsson PC Companion or over-the-air directly to your phone.

Most importantly, if the update is that the X 10 users will now enjoy to pinch-zoom feature in Google Maps and browser. Unfortunately the floor to the situation of the gallery.

XPERIA play revisited, more specs revealed

XPERIA Sony Ericsson's play is probably the worst kept secret. Gaming buzz keeps leaking every week reveals even more of its specifications to the public. Today we have another survey for you, complete with more live shots and benchmarks.

The first thing we learn is that internal free memory by running Duell-XPERIA play. Pre-release device appears in the bulkhead has 315 MB for apps, but Android already allows memory card installs so no biggie.

XPERIA Play specifications

As you already know, XPERIA play based on the same Qualcomm MSM8255 platform that XPERIA arc. This is the second-gen Snapdragon with improved graphics performance, thanks to the updated Adreno 205 GPU.

XPERIA play benchmarks

According to have two benchmarks set out in the review, XPERIA play similar processing power to HTC desire HD. of course, it is still a beta drive so that things can be further improved before it hits the shelves.

There are also playstation Pocket app, which allows downloading of exclusive games to your phone. The service has so far not launched and there are no games to download so it has not been tested. Unfortunately, the reviewer does not know Sony Ericsson plans on these mobile gaming and although there will be a PS simulator.
